The GASPU box type nitrogen generator adopts PSA nitrogen production process, which is efficient, reliable, stable and safe.

This is a box type nitrogen generator, which includes an air buffer tank, two adsorption towers, a nitrogen buffer tank, a complete set of valves, and a control system.

The internal pressure vessel of the nitrogen generator adopts ASME U standard, the flange follows ASME B16.5 standard, and the pipeline follows ASME B31.10 standard, all of which are executed according to American standards.

The nitrogen generator has a nitrogen production capacity of 160Nm3/h, a nitrogen purity of 95%, and can stably output 95% nitrogen. The oxygen content will not change with the change of production, making it very suitable for applications that require stable oxygen content.
