The sled, manufactured by GASPU Company and providing instrument air for a certain oil company in the United Arab Emirates, has been successfully completed.
The skid uses all 316L as the main material for the process medium, and all pressure vessels are designed, manufactured, and inspected according to ASME U standards. Combined with world-class suppliers and with the strong support of the EPC party, it has finally been successfully completed and obtained inspection recognition from a third-party inspection company.
The control system of this sled adopts the redundant design of SIEMENS, including power supply, PLC, slave station, etc., all of which are redundant designs and have obtained SIL certification from DNV.
At present, the skid has been transported to the site and put into actual operation.
