Brief introduction

PSA nitrogen generator is a device for on-site production of nitrogen, using PSA process, which can achieve on-demand use. Due to the low working pressure, the cost of producing nitrogen is very low.

Meanwhile, PSA process is a pure physical adsorption process with a simple structure and no chemical reaction process, which will not cause any impact on the environment.

Under normal circumstances, the designed service life of the equipment is over 10 years. Based on customer requirements, the design lifespan of nitrogen production equipment can reach 25 years.

In some special application scenarios, there may be explosive atmospheres or dust on site. In this case, it is necessary to carry out explosion-proof design for the control box and electrical components of the nitrogen generator. Therefore, GASPU has explosion-proof nitrogen generators specifically designed for this purpose.
