PSA Nitrogen Generator
Description
Nitrogen generator: The nitrogen generator designed and manufactured by GASPU Company adopts the German Carbon Tech GmbH process, using imported components and raw materials from Germany and Japan. Based on the characteristics of carbon molecular sieve pressure adsorption oxygen absorption and pressure reduction deoxygenation, it adopts a two-tower rotating working mode, continuously producing nitrogen at a pressure of 0.7- 13Mpa. The gas purity is 95% -99.999%, and the gas production capacity is 200Nm/h.

Operational Principle of PSA Nitrogen Generation:
Nitrogen is normally used as protective gas.
Oxygen and nitrogen are separated by different-diffusion rate in CMS. Nitrogen purity and capacity can be adjustable to meet customer’s requirements.
PSA nitrogen generation adopts carbon molecular sieve as adsorbent whose capacity of adsorbing oxygen is larger than adsorbing nitrogen. The two adsorbers (a&b) alternately adsorbing and regenerating to separate oxygen from nitrogen in air to obtain purified nitrogen by Auto-operated valves controlled by PLC.
