Hydrogen Purification Skid - 99.9999% Ultra High Purity H2 System with 50-500 Nm3/h Capacity and Catalytic Deoxygenation

This gas hydrogen purification skid produces ultra high purity hydrogen at 99.9999% through a complete purification train of deoxygenation, adsorption drying and precision filtration. Ideal for electronics, semiconductor, metallurgy and laboratory applications requiring contaminant-free hydrogen gas.

Raw hydrogen gas enters a catalytic deoxygenation reactor where residual oxygen combines with hydrogen to form water. The gas then passes through twin-tower adsorption dryers for deep dew point removal, followed by high-efficiency dust filters, delivering 99.9999% purity hydrogen with oxygen content below 1 ppm.
