This nitrogen generation skid delivers both instrument air and high purity nitrogen from a single integrated package. With 400 SCFM instrument air at -40 deg F dew point and 80 Nm3/h nitrogen at 99.9% purity, this skid eliminates the need for separate air and nitrogen systems in oil & gas and industrial plants.

Dual Output Skid Design

  • Integrated nitrogen generation: on-site PSA based N2 skid module with buffer tank
  • Low dew point instrument air: -40 deg F pressure dew point per ISA S7.0
  • Single point utility connection: one power and one cooling water interface
  • Space saving layout: combined air and nitrogen systems on one structural skid
  • PLC integrated control: single HMI monitors both air and nitrogen outputs
