Our PSA Nitrogen Generator provides an innovative solution for the grain storage industry, eliminating the need for chemical pesticides while maintaining superior preservation results. Traditional grain storage methods relying on chemical pesticides not only pollute the environment but may also affect custodians' health and lead to pest resistance over time.
The pressure swing adsorption (PSA) nitrogen generation equipment utilizes air as raw material and carbon molecular sieves as adsorbents to separate nitrogen and oxygen at room temperature. Oxygen molecules diffuse faster due to their smaller diameter and are preferentially adsorbed by the carbon molecular sieves. By periodically reducing pressure, the adsorbed oxygen is released, resulting in nitrogen enrichment.
Our nitrogen generation system enables green grain storage by creating a high-nitrogen, low-oxygen environment that eliminates pests and fungi without chemicals. The nitrogen is delivered to sealed storage facilities at controlled purity, pressure, temperature, and flow rates, creating an inhospitable environment for pests while preserving grain quality.
