The PSA nitrogen generator is an automated system that uses carbon molecular sieves (CMS) as adsorbents to separate nitrogen from air through pressure adsorption and atmospheric desorption.

Working Principle

CMS pressure swing adsorption nitrogen generators use specially processed carbon molecular sieves with precisely controlled pore sizes (0.3-0.5 nm) to dynamically separate oxygen (O₂) and nitrogen (N₂) based on their different diffusion rates.
