4.1 Air compressor (piston type)

In daily use, the maintenance recommendations and priorities in the manual should be followed:

  1. Maintenance according to the display of the controller;
  2. Maintenance once a year.

If the water is not recycled, it will be a considerable waste. 4.2 Cold dryer

Cold type dryer (Model/Specification: IDS-150AC; 20Nm³/min) Daily checks include: whether the condensate water discharged by the cold dryer and the sewage discharged by the third-level filter are unobstructed, whether the cooling agent pressure (0.3 - 0.6 MPa) and the compressed air pressure (<1.0MPa) are normal; Maintenance and servicing include regular blowing of the heat exchanger (especially more frequent blowing in spring and summer to prevent interference with heat dissipation), cleaning of the discharge port, and regular (generally 12 months) replacement of 3 filters (models: 3-level filter XF3―44, 7-level filter XF7―44, 9-level filter XF9―44); Selection, installation method, installation position and seasonal factors have certain influences on the oil and water removal of the refrigeration dryer.

4.3 The activated carbon adsorption unit:

The quality of the activated carbon and alumina within the unit is directly related to the air quality of the compressor and the performance of the deoiling and dehydration systems of the dryer. 4.5 Gas Detector

4.6 Gas Storage Tank

As the storage equipment for the product, the gas storage tank should be self-inspected once a month and undergo an annual self-inspection; external technical supervision bureau non-destructive testing inspection should be conducted once every 3 years, and after 6 years, when it reaches the design service life, it should be determined whether to continue using or scrap based on the inspection results.
